Content and Email Marketing

For the last four years at Prophet, I have managed Prophet's websiteblog and social media channels creating, publishing and promoting our thought leadership. I oversee a team of designers and developers to ensure our website and blog are not only functioning but are redesigned and updated to stay ahead of trends and deliver a high-quality user experience. I supervise our SEM vendor and am constantly moderating and adapting our SEO strategy and our PPC and native advertising campaigns. I also work closely with a PR team in fielding press requests and pitching content to external media partners. For examples of my copywriting work at Prophet, please visit the Copywriter page.

Social Media Training

I am a social media subject matter expert at Prophet, offering hands-on training to junior and senior leaders across geographies, focusing particularly on how to build a personal brand and using social media as a social selling tool.  

Video Production

As Prophet began focusing on the notion of "growing better businesses," I focused on growing our content strategy to include video and multimedia. I conceptualized and developed Prophet's Driving Better Growth video series to shine a spotlight on how we approach growth strategy with our clients.

I built an initial list of clients and contacts to feature, handled all logistics of scheduling video shoots, wrote scripts and talking points for the interviews, worked closely with our videographer on editing footage, led the creative design and development of the Driving Better Growth landing page, published and promoted the video content and oversaw native advertising campaigns for added exposure. The initial launch was successful, and as a result we expanded the content into downloadable PDFs supported by form fills for lead generation purposes as well as a podcast, now featured on iTunes.  The series continues to live on with new interviews added every 4-6 weeks. Younger Women's Task Force: Chicago Chapter

YWTF is a movement by and for younger women to fight for social justice and women's empowerment. Our mission is to give women the tools they need to empower themselves and to help women and girls in the Chicago area through collaboration, education, and leadership opportunities. As the volunteer Communications and Marketing Director I manage our website, social media accounts, blog and email marketing strategies with the goal of raising awareness of our organization, partnering with existing Chicago communities, recruiting new members and ultimately empowering women in the Chicagoland area and beyond.

Email Marketing

As the Communications and Marketing director I write and send monthly emails to a database of approximately 700 members averaging a 25% open rate, as well as invitations to our events and announcements when crucial legislation is being presented.
